We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance whenever possible, especially for popular seasons and school-year dates. Our calendar can fill quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better your chances of securing your preferred field trip date.
-
To help us prepare supplies, staffing, and activities for your students, field trips must be paid in full — or have an approved school purchase order on file — no later than 7 days before your scheduled visit.
If payment or PO confirmation has not been received by that date, your field trip may need to be rescheduled.
This helps us keep field trips organized, sustainable, and ready for your group when you arrive.
